Responsibilities

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with DHL Supply Chain (DSC) APAC senior leaders to develop a HR agenda that closely supports the overall strategy of the organization.

He/she is responsible for providing HR support and advice to the DSC APAC leaders in the areas of HR including talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, HR policies development and local legislative guidelines that contribute to successful business outcomes.

He/she leads the implementation of key HR programs and initiatives for the APAC Regional Office. Requirements

To be successful in this role, ideally you would have experience working in a complex matrix MNC organization structure and thrive well in HR business partnering and overseeing HR operations, managing the day-to-day employee life cycle journey and ensuring a positive employee experience.

• University Degree in HR or related field, HR certification would be advantageous
• 6 - 10 years HR experience in a MNC environment
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
• Experience managing end to end HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Summary

The Manager, HR Business Partner is a manager level individual contributor role with no direct reports. The position can be based nationally, but central Ohio is preferred. • Consult on advanced employee relations matters escalated from the HR-Service Center or Advice and Counsel Center
• Partner with Compensation COE to support diverse total rewards initiatives including end of year compensation cycle, wage adjustments, and educating employees and leaders on Cardinal Health’s pay practices and philosophy
• Understand the competitive factors in the local markets supported and engages with COE partners (TA, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.) to ensuring offerings are competitive and consistent across client groups and broader organization where applicable
• Participate in organizational health engagements and provide support, coaching and oversight on follow up actions
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Eight (8) or more years of experience in a related field preferred  
• PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred
• Experience in organizational design and driving business results
• Data driven mindset and the ability to apply this into business solutions
• Ability to travel minimally--approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• HR Master Data Management and Administration - responsible for all basic master data requests including organizations, organization hierarchy, jobs, positions, locations, grades, grade rates and applicable lists of values. Confirms request is valid before processing. Performs mass updates within SLAs, ensuring process guidelines are followed and validated before loading. Works with end user to resolve any errors with the mass update
• HR Master Data Governance - responsible for ensuring the data global standards are being met, high quality of data by strict adherence to data governance principles, supporting stakeholders to understand data structures and impacts
• Issue Resolution and Fixes
• HR Process Optimisation - Drafting/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures to promote knowledge transfer, optimization of data management and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages, specifically Excel
• Demonstrate ability to effectively multi-task, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• An appreciation and understanding of data management principles
• A background within HR (minimum 1 year) and familiarity with HR concepts and practices
• Ability to Deliver to SLA's within a timely manner

Recruitment Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Remote with weekly travel to our London or Luton office

The Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Supply Chain Administrator to work on a permanent basis in a remote capacity with weekly travel to our London or Luton offices to support the Supply Chain Manager during the delivery of new client implementations and other business-as-usual activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting client implementation projects and delivering supply chain workstream activities
• Support the account teams to run supplier round table events
• Generating contractual terms of business and managing related queries, liaising with the Legal team where necessary
• Issuing and tracking contract amendment exercises such as changes to supply chain service levels and fee schedules
• Updating team logs and spreadsheets and keeping supply chain contact details and banking information up to date
• Onboard new suppliers into our programmes, checking and collating compliance documentation including insurance levels
• Supporting with Auditing our supply chain to ensure they are compliant whilst supporting our clients

Skills required for the role

• Experience in managed service/recruitment outsourcing provision
• Supply chain consultant experience
• Experience managing implementation projects
• Contract negotiation experience
