This role is in the Imaging Chain Agile Release Train. Imaging Chain Cluster is responsible for the real time image acquisition, processing, rendering and video distribution for X-ray systems in the area of cardiac or vascular medical diagnosis and (minimally invasive) interventions. The Imaging Chain Cluster has a team of 140 people of which 100 people are working in the software team, spread over 2 locations: Best (Netherlands) and Bangalore (India).

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation

What you'll do...

Promotes and supports company policies, initiatives, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Nuevocor’s Singapore site is seeking to hire a Quality Manager to join our Tech Ops department to support advancing our therapeutic candidates forward. Reporting to the Head of Tech Ops, you will play a key role in setting up, managing and maintaining our Quality Management System and processes in compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced biotech working environment.

Responsibilities

· Implement, manage and maintain a compliant GxP Quality Management System, encompassing the aspects of Quality Risk Management, CAPA, Deviations, Change Control, Quality Documentation.

· Conduct internal and external audits, including at sub-contractor facilities and processes.

· Provide on-site support at CDMOs for manufacturing production.

· Manage supply chain of materials across sites of CDMOs, CROs and clinical trial sites.

· Prepare Quality documentation and agreements.

· Review GxP protocols, reports and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance.

· Develop and deploy the GxP quality assurance strategy as approved by senior management.

· Reports all critical and relevant quality and compliance issues to management.

· Ensures quality assurance expertise is available and effective for GxP operations.

· Provide Quality Assurance review and disposition of GxP products, as appropriate.

· Acting as a point of contact with regulatory authorities.

· Support the development and harmonization of quality standards and processes.

· Maintain good relationships with regulatory agencies.

· Ensure that all personnel training, investigations, actions, CAPAs are completed on time.

· Assists in the development and maintenance of training program.

· Lead and assist in the development of SOP and procedures to support GxP functions.

Requirements

· Scientific degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.

· 5-10 years experience in GxP particularly GCP and GMP areas and other regulations applicable in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

· Experience with supply chain and shipping, preferably with biologics materials.

· Knowledge of drug development regulations and implementing GxP in Gene Therapies

· Actively able to manage multiple projects to meet timelines, while maintaining compliance.

· Ability to work in teams with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

· High standards in documentation and record keeping.

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

· Strong collaboration and team working skills

· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

· Excellent problem solving ability

· Ability to multitask

You are responsible for

• Contributing towards Innovation studies from IQ & IC specialism viewpoint.
• De-risking of all IQ & IC related risks during concept studies
• Delivering System IQ & IC requirements and decomposition of IQ to subsystem requirements
• Realizing that the system IQ & IC is optimized per application area.
• Doing integral system IQ & IC assessment
• Providing line support for IQ & IC related issues in the field for the delivered concepts
• Defining system architecture of new innovation concepts with focus on Image Quality and imaging chain under considerations of platform constraints.
• Specifying image chain and Image Quality requirements as part of a development project and document those requirements in various tools.
• Selection of image chain components and subsystems during concept development phase.
• Analyzing project ideas regarding realization options; evaluate impact on running projects with respect to image quality & product cost.
• Testing and verifying selected components and subsystems against the requirements during concept phase.
• Integration of image chain components, adjustment & calibration and verify the system with respect to meeting the safety, functional, performance, reliability and image quality requirements during concept development and evaluation.
• Evaluation of new and competitive technology in terms of image chain and Image Quality
• Participating and performing risk analysis according to applicable medical device standards.
• Contribution towards platform architecture development on imaging sub-systems
• Supporting AD roadmap of technical concepts and becomes single point of contact for all Imaging related activities.
• Technically leading team of AD designers towards common goals and priorities from business.
• Leading and supporting with team till concepts are moved to productization state in PDLM.
• Coaching and mentoring of AD and PDLM designers and architects

The Supply Quality Engineer will report to Head of Quality and is responsible for ensuring the on-time, on-cost, and on-specification delivery of products. This includes all of the operational aspects of supply chain and manufacturing, as well as the supporting facilities and equipment. The Quality Department will ensure that quality is designed-in, that suppliers are capable and that the appropriate validation and verification is planned and implemented to enable right first-time delivery of products that fulfil customer and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be educated to third level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, equivalent NVQ or appropriate experience and in-work training. Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with suppliers, customers and departments to ensure timely results.
