What a Head of Partnerships for Government Solutions does at Visa:

Visa is seeking an experienced payments professional to lead Strategic Partnerships for Visa Government Solutions, focused on driving commercially relevant partnerships across five archetypes – Global Financial Institutions, Multilateral Development Organisations, Humanitarian Sector organisations, GovTech providers, and Real Time Payments networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, building, implementing, and managing key partnerships for new solutions and distribution to drive public sector sales.

The role encompasses the following responsibilities:  

• Expand and deepen our Strategic Partnership sales strategy and delivery in Asia Pacific, including developing a list of prioritised clients and solution opportunities

• Establish and strengthen our relationship with key Strategic Partners across the five archetypes to strengthen our solution proposition or go-to-market plans.

• Partner with our marketing and communication teams to position VGS as a leader in the payments industry and a resource for Strategic Partners.

• Provide ongoing support of RFP development / response and overseeing program performance with Strategic Partners.

• Proactively identify and solve complex problems that impact Strategic Partnership sales management and direction of the VGS business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Event/Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Visual Communications, Digital Arts, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant postgraduate design experience in exhibition and graphic design with a portfolio showing relevant projects. Experience in attraction design will be a bonus
• Strong sense of composition, realism, texture, colour, lighting, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup/3D, and other relevant tools. Proficiency in Computational design, data visualisation tool such as tableau will be a bonus
• Background or familiarity with horticulture and the use of plant materials in designs will be a bonus

APAC Solutions Design Engineering team is hiring Director, with responsibilities to design Engineered Processes, apply Automation and Technologies in warehouse and logistical processes to drive efficient with commercially viable business proposals and/or continuous improvement. Combining engineering principles with logistics expertise to create efficient and cost-effective transportation, distribution, and warehousing systems. The goal of logistics solutions engineering is to streamline processes, reduce costs, enhance customer service, and improve overall supply chain performance. You should have excellent knowledge in engineering, operations research, data analytics, supply chain management, and logistics.

Key Accountabilities

• Key regional focal point to provide strong functional leadership for Solution Design Engineering.
• Establish Solution Engineering guidelines for various warehousing and contract logistics activities in APAC.
• Develop of standard toolbox and training for solution engineers in the cluster/country.
• Support key RFQs to ensure the delivery of the best solution that meets customer and internal objectives.
• Drive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Work with external consultants to deliver solution design projects and/or customer RFQ when required.
• Present and demonstrate the impact of designed processes to warehouse design, technologies required, service to customers and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelors’ degree, in Industrial Engineering / Logistics Engineering / Automation & Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in logistics, warehousing or 3PL industries, preferably in a multinational logistics environment.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with a wide variety of Contract Logistics Solution Design or Industrial Engineering or Process Improvement.
• Experience in working with regional leadership functions.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for modern warehouse and distribution, incorporating automation, robotics, and warehousing innovations.
• Experience in engaging and successfully communicating ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with a proactive and positive attitude.
