What you will do:

Lead a team of shift managers, global incident analysts, and security operations dispatchers that provides alarm and incident monitoring and dispatching, emergency and non-emergency security messaging, tactical intelligence collection, and incident escalation, globally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a client organization that covers hundreds of locations, and employs over 100,000 people in more than 100 countries.

How you will do it:

• Direct the actions of the shift managers to ensure continuity of operations
• Manage all SOC day-to-day operations, personnel, and meet all reporting and administrative requirements

What will you do
