will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Able to achieve company's sales goals and targets.
• Capable of developing a new team in addition to the company's primary client.
• To increase our current sales (month-to-month) by 30% in three months
• Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns
• Provide sufficient training for distributors to operate independently
• Compute the sales team's allocation based on the goals.
• Create comprehensive budgets and cost estimates
• Collaborate with operation and marketing communication departments
• Coordinating with international market and lead generation.
• Create short and long-term sales and marketing goals
• Evaluating costs and maintaining profit margins

• Client development is accomplished through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Prepare a market study and conduct an analysis with the management team

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business or equivalence OR
  minimum 10 years of prior experience in sales and marketing in direct selling
  industry
• Proficient in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) plans and system
• Having your own network team and resources in a different country
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase
  demand for products and services
• Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
