JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Seasoned staff who can operate machine-operated slicers, bandsaws and have a service-oriented mindset.
• To sell all products at the store which include meats, wines, cheese and gourmet items.
• To execute basic meat cutting including, deboning, trimming, portioning and slicing.
• To learn and use the inventory control system and stock checking of meats upon arrival.
