Responsibilities:
Conduct tbm to all worker at 7.45 am on daily basis at morning and 6.45 pm for night work.
Monitor on safety plan of action (spa) with task supervisor.
To check work area condition to be safety and free from any hazard.
Monitor and do necessary action on mobile elevating work platforms (mewp).
Ensure check employee trained for skill assesment and arrange them to attend skill training by client.
To monitor all tools & equipment use by sub con (monthly tagging) including ladder, harness, scaffolding(daily tagging by scaffolder).
Monitor on ppe compliances and any unsafe act & unsafe condition while work in progress
Able to do night ship if arrange by site manager for urgent work.
Prefer to have own transport with valid driving licence
Help project team to work together and complete work safely
Liase with client safety team on related documentation to be done

Job Summary
We're recruiting a highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic inpatient APP team. This team consists of 20 APPs who provide critical care level cardiovascular medicine primarily in the inpatient setting. Our APP teams function collaboratively with our physician colleagues in a team based care model to provide high level cardiac care.
Functions in the role of advanced practitioner to coordinate comprehensive care delivery. Writes orders/prescriptions for standard formulary medications, laboratory, radiographic studies and consultations, coordinating the scheduling of admissions, diagnostic evaluations, follow-up exams, laboratory tests, referrals to home care, social services, and other community agencies, etc., in order to ensure continuity of care and coordination of services.

The Neurosciences Service Line at Spectrum Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Neurosurgery APP team. As West Michigan’s leading neuroscience referral center, and one of the largest providers of adult neuroscience services in the state, the Neurosurgery department functions within our multidisciplinary team to provide quality care, research, and education within the clinical neurosciences.

About the unit
The Neurodiagnostic team is comprised of EEG Technologists, EEG Technicians and Neurodiagnostic Assistants. These individuals work together to set up patients with appropriate equipment, allowing for monitoring and recording of electrical activity of a patient’s brain waves. This in turn allows us to provide physicians proof of any brain abnormalities. The team provides support for Butterworth, Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, Blodgett, 25 Michigan and 35 Michigan.
