Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., networking events, referrals).
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
- Facilitate communication and negotiation between clients and candidates regarding employment offers, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job openings, and recruitment activities in our database.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment projects and deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within [insert industry or specialization].
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
- Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources Management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
