Job Description:
   Answering to customer’s queries on invoice issue
   Send statement to accounts to customer
   Call customers to chase overdue payment
   Generate monthly statement of accounts to customers
   Send reminder letter for overdue payment
   Any administrative and account receivable job

Requirements:
   Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma & above

Requirements :

• Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent education;
• At least 6 years of experience in human resource management and administrative management in the manufacturing industry, and at least 5 years of equivalent management experience.

Job Scopes:

• Assist the leadership and be specifically responsible for the management of human resources;
• According to the company's personnel positioning and staffing system, organize job analysis work from time to time, continuously revise and improve job descriptions and responsibilities;
• Responsible for employee recruitment management, meeting the employment needs of various departments and periods;
• Responsible for the company's education and training work, developing annual/monthly training plans based on the training needs of each department, and supervising their implementation; And specifically responsible for the training of frontline production employees, including planning, organizing and implementing, supervising and inspecting;

• 負責公司的教育培訓工作，根據各部門的培訓需求制定年度/月度培訓計劃，並監督其實施；並具體負責第一線生產員工的培訓，包括規劃、組織執行、監督檢查；

1. Prepare a master plan for preventive maintenance of all equipment in the plant.
2. Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of preventive maintenance based on fault records.
3. Assists and prepare reports, data analysis, and all the documents as requested by the maintenance engineer or engineering manager.
4. Issue PR (N6, N8) perform OV, create workorder, and make sure all the PM tasks are completed and closed in JDE system
5. Roll arrangement for plant mill A and mill B (work together with production and maintenance team regarding the roll change schedule)
6. Arrange monthly break down meeting and work with the maintenance team to analyze the root cause of any failed machines
