As Quality Manager you will be accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality & Food Safety Management System across the Villawood site. They are looking for a full-time Head of Quality to join their fast-paced Operations team, assisting the CEO and Head of Operations with all quality aspects of running our fast-growth manufacturing operation.

You will manage the in-house Quality team to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, this will include coordination of the completion of internal audits to drive a continuous improvement with a robust safety culture at both of our Manufacturing facilities in the Midlands. This will involve reviewing and management of our compliance with existing standards for ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP. They also have GFSI certification FSSC 22000.
