Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in alcohol industry.

Job Summary
This position is a key role working with the CEO to:
I.  Support to grow the business and improve operations
II.  Independently lead special projects
III. Provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the      primary point of contact for internal and external liaison on all matters pertaining to     the office of the CEO.

Identify opportunities, risks and executive initiatives timely ensuring suitable metrics are in place.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to develop business plans for the organization in line with the imperatives identified by collaborating with the key stake holders
• Oversee the implementation and execution of plans and initiatives identified in strategic and business plan
• Works closely with the management team and the respective businesses to gain input and alignment to ideas and opportunities
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response after discussion with CEO
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and the team
  demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support
• Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have organizational impact
• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, managing the schedules , and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company
• Works closely with other team members/project leads to assure CEO’s preparations for meetings, presentations and other engagements with clients/internal meetings
• Conserve the CEO’s time by reading, researching, collecting and analysing information as needed in advance, hence major company decision can be made with ease

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin , Finance , Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• More than 5 years working experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
• Strong analytical, managerial, communication and demonstrated leadership capability. 
• Have excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain high confidentiality and great sense of responsibility.
• Good time management skills and able to be multi-tasking.
• Proficient in using office software Microsoft applications.
• Able to travel with the CEO if required.
