Job Description

This role would report directly to the Facilities Manager. In your current scope, you shall assist in the management of facilities management services for the site assigned to you.

This would include scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc. You will investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

In addition, you shall supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the site is maintained to meet the service standard.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Permanent Facilities Engineer position

Salary: up to $5000

overseeing overall building maintenance and security operation for all Central Offices, includes conducting inspection, coordinating maintenance/ improvement programs and projects, compile data for reporting and forecasting future needs and costs

Assist in operations and implementation of facilities management programmes, including formulating programmes relating to routine and periodic maintenance works, plan and implement the cyclical replacement/ enhancement works for all Central Offices

• Support Manager for preparation of operation and capital budget, monitoring and control to ensure completion within time and cost objectives.

• Assist in contract administration and management, including calling, evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation of tenders/ quotations.

• Support the effective planning and management of activities of outsourced service partners, providing supervision and controlling their performance
