To achieve success in this role, you will have:
A current CASA B1/B2 LAME qualification with experience in Heavy/Line Maintenance
B1/B2 LAME with Dash 8 Q300 rating preferred
Proven leadership capabilities and demonstrated ability to effectively supervise, coach and motivate teams
Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively implement and manage change
Sound commercial awareness with the daily operations
Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement principles
Highly developed problem-solving skills, particularly when under pressure
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within Qantas and other Customers, particularly in the operational areas
