Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Preferably minimum 10-12 years of design, implementation, and operation experience, with good knowledge in cloud technologies and cloud security solutions, infrastructure and network design, servers and storage and virtualisation.
• Well versed in IT Service Management, Project Management and Vendor Management.

Major duties include but not limited to:

• Advises the Associate Director on all aspects of the Medical Center operations and serves as a member of the management team in the assessment of current operations and development of new programs and policies.

This position has full responsibility to administer the Network Personnel Suitability and Credentialing Program (hereinafter, "Personnel Security Program") within a shared services unit. The Personnel Security Program assures that all appointees have the appropriate level of background investigation to commensurate with their assignment. The Personal Identity Verification (PIV) program is a Government-wide identification standard for secure and reliable identity credentials issued by the Federal Government to its employees, contractors, affiliates and volunteers. This position functions as the Program Manager for the National Telerheumatology Program (NTRP) and reports directly to the Medical Director of the NTRP, and provides oversight to program growth and development, as well as day to day management of the National Telerheumatology Program.
