About the role
This role is to deliver highly complex clinical and education services as a part of the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Health Workforce Program. The purpose of the role is to build the capability of the clinical workforce to respond safely and sensitively to those experiencing DVF, and to ensure the workforce understands the service needs for First Nations people. This role will provide leadership and specialised education in delivering DFV training at a health service system level, as well as tailored education to ensure the cultural capability of front-line staff in responding to issues of DFV for First Nations people.

Prioritise and allocate the daily workload and ensure High-Cost Therapies and Homecare protocols and SOPs are followed at all times. Responsible for generating and interrogating complex reports from local data to demonstrate performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring the team can maintain and improve KPIs.
