Key Responsibilities

Training administration

• Verify and approve employees’ training-related reimbursement claims using the SuccessFactors (Rhombus) system, including course fees, professional membership fees, FDS related expenses and etc.
• Address staff inquiries regarding training administration and reimbursement claims.
• Verify and process payment for training-related invoices, such as venue rentals, catering, and workshop fees, through the SAP system.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver educational insights to help students achieve their academic goals through Aspire Hub Education's methodology
• Recruit new students via walk-in, telephone, online enquiries or any other marketing activities planned
• Promptly follow up with all prospective students and parents
• Build strong rapport with existing parents and students
• Provide quality customer service, managing customer expectations and feedback in a professional manner
• Perform general administrative duties such as processing student registration and payment, generation of reports and collation of student attendance

Summary:

Successful candidate will carry out service, maintenance works & projects for security systems at clients’ premises, including but not limited to Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems

and CCTV systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at clients’ premises
• Attend to fault calls during office hours and standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results..
• Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client’s business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec & Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
• Required to perform standby duties
