Combining skills in project management, client management, and entrepreneurial leadership, the Senior Producer manages R/GA’s more complex work from kick-off to delivery. As the central point of contact for project teams and clients, the Producer establishes project plans, budgets, and contracts, tracks progress and removes obstacles for the team, and ensures that we deliver world-class work on strategy, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve task objectives and maintain focus.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and specified requirements.
• Proactively enhance work quality while adhering to schedule and budget constraints.
• Monitor and control project budgets, forecasting and reporting on underburn and overburn.
• Collaborate with Talent/Resource Management to forecast and secure project resources.
• Partner closely with Department Leads to define project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Innovate new processes and approaches to support team efficiency and work delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party partners and agencies.
• Manage large client stakeholder teams and facilitate effective communication.
• Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities, including scoping, timelines, and approach.
• Engage with clients to clarify strategic requirements and align expectations.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Lead client meetings with a focus on achieving objectives and adhering to agendas.

The ideal person

• At least 5 years of Producer / Project Manager experience or equivalent
• Experienced in delivering content production for international brands important; TVC / video content, key visuals & social content
• Adept at developing comprehensive project scopes, including strategies, timelines, and budgets, along with detailed Statements of Work.
• Effective team manager, capable of overseeing projects and teams.
• Strong at cross-time zone collaboration.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Track record of successful project budget management.
• Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.
• Recognizes and values teamwork.
• Experienced in mentoring junior team members.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Confident presenter to internal and external stakeholders.

Job description:

• Project Management around new MAS outsourcing guidelines and notices to ensure compliance with guidelines, procedures and reporting
• Document project plan, scope, including resource alignment and timelines
• Ensure PM Monitoring & Assessment results, risks, issues and dependencies are escalated and challenged as appropriate
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure program and project alignment to strategy and commitment
• Develop and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders
• Lead regular stakeholder update

Key Third Party Management Responsibilities

• Coordination with various functions/stakeholders of the bank on various fronts, including internal audit and regulatory reviews
• Contribute in developing/ reviewing program document to ensure alignment with the local regulatory expectations and requirements
• Ensure that Annual Due Diligence requirements are duly adhered to by all stakeholders
• Manage Inventory for External & Internal Outsource Service Providers including sub-contractors leveraging on the Inventory template
• Supporting various country requests/queries for better management of Third Parties across the region
• Review various risk reports/databases and help in effectively addressing the risks
• Support or Service Recipient and track for effective closure
• Develop various presentations for senior management review and discussion

Job requirements:

- Min Degree or equivalent experience

- 5-7 years of experience in project management
