The Role

The Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for the management and execution of the planning regime for selected categories through our supply chain to meet the service expectations of the growing 7-Eleven store network. The objective of this being to lead in-store product availability and support the resolution of demand and supply issues across our network.

With a focus on improving product availability and customer service without compromising working capital and efficiency, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the consensus demand plan, inventory and replenishment plans with consideration of the impacts to the category ambitions.

• Build the consensus demand, inventory and replenishment plan incorporating historical analysis & market insight gathered in conjunction with the Category & Marketing teams.
• Collate and distribute forecasts, generate & input to information decks for relevant meetings within the S&OP process.

About the role

The Senior Supply Planner position will give you an excellent platform and opportunity, to deep dive into the Medtech and hearing aid industry. This is an individual contributor role with main role and mission:

▪ Propagates material requirements to suppliers and secures supplier commits

▪ Address supply gaps with suppliers in collaboration with other Operations teams and Procurement
