The role: Virtual Learning Administrator
Location: London (International House E1W 1UN
Hybrid: Two to three days in the office and the remainder from home.
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
Monday to Friday shifts between hours 7am and 7pm

The Role:
Provide administrative, customer-service, and technical support to our internal and external customers attending virtual training via an online conferencing platform.
In a nutshell, you'll be providing technical support to, and answering queries from our learners and colleagues around their virtual training-sessions. This can be via live-chat, email, or phone. These queries can be around the learners not having received links, equipment or platform failures, times of sessions, etc.

- Administration of sessions - setup, modifying and cancelling
- Host and Support sessions
- Ownership of technical issues, escalating when required
- Provide Reports and recordings to internal and external customers
- Monitor and resolve email enquiries
- Communicating with different teams
- Session updates
- Upskill trainers on virtual delivery
About You:
This role would be a great fit if you've got previous admin experience and a good knowledge on platforms such as Zoom, MSTeams, Cisco Webex, you have outstanding communication skills, and excellent customer-service abilities.
