THE ROLE

As our Video Production Intern, it is ideal that you are a bright, curious creative and approachable person. You are someone who understands the brief strategically, is able to propose relevant solutions/touchpoints, before creating videos for social media, websites and ads. You will also be working closely with the creative team to support in content creation on video production.

You will be tasked to assist and report to our in-house videographer - and will take an active role in all disciplines fromvisual storytelling such as directing, conceptual storyboarding from pre to post production.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a responsible candidate who can:

• Edit footage, sound files, create and animate motion graphics, adding music/VO/special effects.
• Able to handle camera and lighting equipment like strobes (eg. profoto) and constant lights (eg. Aputure), setting up c-stands, light stands, etc.
• Be organised with archiving files.
• Assist the team with pre-production work (ie. storyboarding and creating/collaborating on production decks)
• Think different, is willing to take risks and can handle rejection/criticism constructively
• Monitor the condition of equipment including video production lighting, sound, rigging equipment; arranges for the repair and replacement; performs preventive maintenance on equipment
• Value-add to our creative process. A solution-seeker who is confident in your abilities to create meaningful production work, that aligns with our objectives
• Assist with Video/Photo shoots, as well as other ad-hoc duties when required
• Work effectively within a team and can communicate his/her ideas & feedback constructively
• Support other ad-hoc request from corporate and any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months. Extension available (subject to business needs)
• Proficiently work across the Adobe Creative Suite. (Particularly in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro)

The Role

As the Creative Production Lead for the Creative Department at Love Bonito, you will work closely with the Creative Director and the magical creative team to facilitate the efficient execution of projects. Leidos administers the Hawaii Energy program under a contract with the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission.

We are looking for a Video Production Intern to join us this Summer in our Honolulu, HI office. The Video Production Intern will play an integral role in supporting Hawaii Energy’s mission by encouraging participation in our programs and increasing community understanding of energy efficiency and conservation through high-quality educational videos. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain relevant work experience on a marketing team in Hawaii’s fast-growing clean energy industry.

The Intern will primarily assist with producing, shooting, and editing short-form video content for use on Hawai‘i Energy’s website, social media pages, and in public presentations. The position will involve interfacing with Hawai‘i Energy program participants, members of various trade industries (i.e. solar & HVAC contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc.), and internal staff. This position is ideal if you are passionate about videography and storytelling, and are considering pursuing journalism, filmmaking, or marketing as a career path.

The Intern will report to the Marketing and Communications (Marcom) Manager and may be able to work remotely in accordance with Hawaii Energy’s guidelines. This position is only available in Hawai‘i and is a full-time, 40 hours-per-week, internship over a period of 8 (minimum) to 12 (maximum) weeks during the Summer, with the potential to extend to a part-time internship during the school year.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Learn about Hawai‘i Energy rebate offers and services to the competency level required of someone who would be sharing publicly about them.
• Accompany Hawai‘i Energy Marcom team members during on/offsite video filming sessions and assist as needed with filming, equipment transport, setup, and breakdown.
• Assist with videography at Hawai‘i Energy-hosted events, such as outreach events, seminars, press conferences, presentations, etc. for the purposes of archiving, livestreaming, and at times, social media content generation.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere to create engaging and polished videos that adhere to Hawai‘i Energy standards. Package videos for external communication channels, such as social media, email newsletters, and the Hawai‘i Energy website as directed.
• Help interview and record past program participants (individuals and businesses) about their experiences working with Hawai‘i Energy.
• As directed, help to gather high-quality b-roll footage of energy conservation actions, energy efficient equipment, and/or community events (some evening and weekend hours may be required).
• Attend weekly Marketing & Communications team meetings, monthly Hawai‘i Energy team All Hands meetings and other project-related discussions with teammates.
• Collaborate within Marketing & Communications team to understand project requirement and implement creative ideas.
• Perform clerical functions as assigned to assist department with various projects
• Behave in a professional manner around all Hawai‘i Energy staff and external clientele.

D’une durée de 4 à 5 ans, le parcours de formation est structuré en trois étapes et vous prépare aux postes de Responsable d'Unité de Production (RUP) ou de Responsable d'Unité de Production Support (RUP Support), au sein du site de Rochefort en France.

1/ Une première étape de 3 mois vous permettra de découvrir l’usine et ses enjeux mais aussi son mode de fonctionnement. Cette première période vous permettra également de vous former aux produits et aux processus avant de prendre le poste de Manager.

2/ Deuxième étape de 18 à 24 mois

Découverte de la Fabrication sur un poste de management d’équipe en 2x8. En tant que Responsable d'Unité Autonome de Production, vous aurez la responsabilité du management d’une équipe d’environ 20 personnes au sein d’un département de production. Vous assurerez la production au quotidien et découvrerez les outils de management Airbus Atlantic  (Sécurité / Qualité / Coûts / Délais / RH).

3/ Troisième étape de 24 mois

Découverte d'un métier connexe à la Fabrication, avec un passage en tant que manager d'une fonction support en fabrication (Qualité inspection ou Ingénierie). Une mission managériale au sein d’une fonction support du Manufacturing vous sera proposée et viendra compléter ce parcours initial afin de vous permettre d’avoir une vision globale des enjeux du Manufacturing.

Job Description:

Under the broad supervision of the Director of Video Services, the Temp Video Production Manager is responsible for assisting with the management of video production for a high volume of varied and dynamic concerts and events both on and off the Berklee Boston campus. The Temp Video Production Manager works together with the Video Services team and with the other production departments to record video, implement creative stage designs and run video cues. This role works in venues across campus, in the video production suite, and in office settings to direct, capture, stream and edit video footage for a variety of clients and uses.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. 
• 3+ years demonstrated experience in video operations, including a thorough knowledge of cameras, recorders, video switchers, streaming protocols, signal distribution and projection.
• Strong technical skills to provide a working knowledge of the design, maintenance and upgrade, and operation of video equipment in a wide variety of settings and usage.
• Understanding of safety protocols and standards applicable to event production.   
• Demonstrated knowledge and competence in use of applicable software for video editing, video cueing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Video Production and Design

• Direct the video recording process. Recordings can be anything from a single camera to 8 cameras, PTZ’s, green screen, live switching, in venues or in a studio.
• Playback video content in live cued scenarios. Familiarity with software such as Qlab, Resolume, other playback and video mapping software is desirable, as well as an understanding of projection and LED screen technologies.
• Assist with the video design for staged events.

• Assist with creation of custom content for use in live and streamed scenarios (video effects, lower thirds, backgrounds..)
• Assist with editing recorded content for quality control and distribution

A ce titre, vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Dès la phase de cotation :

  • Préparer les dossiers de consultation en assurant la disponibilité d’un cahier des charges dédié à la cotation, en veillant au bon niveau des données fournies au fournisseur,

  • Etre l’interlocuteur unique des fournisseurs pour toutes les questions techniques,

  • Participer aux revues / gates de la phase de cotation afin d’y apporter votre expertise et évaluer la qualité des chiffrages fournisseurs (compréhension des dossiers, cohérence de la main d’œuvre,…).

• En phase de qualification (fournisseur validé) :

  • Préparer le cahier des charges dédié à la production série en le validant avec le Responsable Produit Série (RPS),

  • Participer à l’élaboration du planning et du budget des transferts,

  • Contribuer, par vos actions et propositions d’améliorations, à la tenue des objectifs calendaires et financiers,

  • Piloter et coordonner les actions d’industrialisation en liaison avec les équipes opérationnelles et en accord avec le référentiel de l’entreprise, réaliser le reporting périodique de votre portefeuille,

Le titulaire du poste est un mécanicien / régleur assurant le réglage et la maintenance de tout ou partie des lignes de production de l’unité sur laquelle il est détaché. Il opère dans le respect des règles de qualité (BPF), d’efficacité et de sécurité.

Missions : 
​
Réaliser des opérations techniques et réglages
* Identifier, choisir et préparer les moyens nécessaires à l’intervention (fiche technique, mode opératoire, outillage, appareils de mesure, manutention…).
* Evaluer, réaliser les réglages de fonctionnement des installations ainsi que les réglages complexes (désynchronisation des mouvements…) et mesurer l’efficacité des actions mises en œuvre.
* Identifier le degré de gravité du dysfonctionnement et les bonnes mesures à prendre.
* Réaliser des opérations techniques de 1° et 2° niveau : nettoyages approfondis, remplacement de consommables, campagnes de resserrage, etc…
* Réaliser les opérations de changement de format complexe et ajuster les réglages.
* Réaliser la maintenance périodique ou interventions de niveau 3 : réaliser les opérations planifiées, remplacement d’éléments majeurs (moteurs et axes entres autres), démontage / remontage complet d’un équipement.
* Participer à l’élaboration et à l’optimisation du plan de maintenance.
* Être capable de s’adapter aux nouvelles technologies et intervenir sur les équipements d’un nouveau process.
* Consigner les installations lors des interventions et s’assurer de l’efficacité du dispositif de mise en sécurité.

* Veiller à l’application stricte des BPF lors des opérations techniques.
* Assurer la traçabilité des opérations de maintenance.
* Proposer, rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation au poste pour les réglages et changements de format.
* Identifier l’impact des interventions en termes de Qualité Produit et adapter les opérations techniques.

Communiquer et coordonner
* Collecter les informations relatives à la défaillance données par les intervenants sur ligne.
* Préparer et organiser les interventions en coordination avec le pilote.
* Informer les intervenants sur lignes des travaux réalisés ou à réaliser. 
* Rendre compte à sa hiérarchie des travaux réalisés.

Former des collaborateurs de production
* Aider les intervenants sur ligne pour un fonctionnement optimum des installations (partage de la responsabilité du TRS).
* Exercer un tutorat des utilisateurs sur le fonctionnement d’un équipement, la réalisation de réglages…
* Renforcer l’autonomie des opérateurs par la création et la mise à jour de fiches méthodologiques facilitant la prise en charge de certaines opérations techniques par les opérateurs.
