關於招募公司。
它是一家成熟的國際貨運代理和物流提供者。由於最近業務量的增加，該公司現在正在尋找經驗豐富的貨運物流服務主管，他們可以負責端到端的進口和/或出口海運流程，加入他們在格拉那再也的貨運營運團隊。
工作角色和職責

職責範圍：
*預訂時將工作裝運登記到 CargoWise 中。
*透過航運公司預訂艙位。
*準備並開立貨運發票。
*與海外辦事處和其他部門的內部聯絡。
*與客戶聯絡，讓他們了解出貨狀態。
要求： 人
我們正在尋找至少擁有文憑資格的女性候選人。她必須精通計算機，能夠操作 MS Word、Excel 和 Outlook 應用程式。
具有 2-3 年貨運代理行業經驗的候選人將優先考慮。
EDI CargoWise 經驗具有優勢。
良好的溝通能力，英語口語和書面能力，並精通國語和普通話。
必須願意駐紮在 Kelana Jaya 地區。

Job Description
Our client,an established international logistics and freight services company is seeking suitable logistics candidates with previous experience to join their operations team based at Kelana Jaya. Candidates with a stable logistics work history in quoting and liaising with clients however with no previous ocean freight forwarding experience but enthusiastic to learn this side of business will be welcome to apply for this role.
This is a non-customer facing role with relationship to other offices and close contact with shipping lines.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and operate LCL and FCL shipments across national boundaries within Australia and the Far East region.
Daily duties:
-Receipt of all LCL and FCL bookings from clients and partner network..
-Prepare relevant shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading,Customs documentation and Certificate of origin.
-Communicate with regular update of progress of shipments to clients.
-Close interaction with vendors and overseas networks.
Requirements
Malaysian female preferred in age group 23-35.
Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline.
A good 2 years of work experience in sea freight operations or logistic coordination role.
Confident communicator,especially in English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
Competent IT skills MS Office and internet applications.

This company is one of Malaysia's leading international freight forwarding logistics providers, offering a complete range of import,export and integrated logistics services across 5 continents worldwide. Currently they are seeking enthusiastic accounting qualified professional to join their finance team in senior Executive level at Kelana Jaya.
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is hands on where you will be involved in managing full set of accounts.
*Manage monthly accounts preparation.
*Validate a high volume of invoices and process them.
*Prepare P&L.
*Manage AP and foreign currency payment.
*Manage AR and credit control.
*Multi-currency bank reconciliation.  
*GL/Cash book  management and Reporting.
*Manage and control the credits of customers.
Candidate
*Malaysian preferably female in age group 26-45.
*Must possess tertiary accounting qualification (minimum LCCI Diploma in Accounting).
*Demonstrated experience in Accounting AP, AR.
*General understanding of accounting process.
*A knowledge of international freight forwarding operations is desirable but not a essential requirement.
*Prior experience using CargoWise advantageous.
*Must be proficient in communication skills, especially English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
This is a full time permanent position working on alternate Saturday basis based at Kelana Jaya office in Petaling Jaya.
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
