Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

• Technical knowledge in embedded security, communication protocols, requirements engineering.
• Knowledge of threat modelling methods and tooling, the ability to perform security risk assessments and evaluations.
• Understanding of computer forensics and security breach protocols.
• Knowledge of cyber security test definition and execution including penetration testing for embedded systems.
• Understanding of low power cryptography primitives (AES, CMAC, …) and their usage.
• Experience with developing and implementing security procedures and policies.
• Academic degree in computer science or comparable qualification with focus on cyber security.
• Experience with vulnerability monitoring for Linux distributions (Yocto, Ubuntu, Debian).

Nice to have:

• Experience in professional penetration testing or certified qualification according to recognized standards, such as OSCP or eCPPT is a plus.
• A recognized certificate on Security Engineering for embedded components, such as TÜV Rheinland / Cyber Security for Components is a plus.

Travel Requirements  

• Support occasional business travels.
