Junior Product Manager - Core Products

This is an entry level position reporting to the Senior Product Manager to work on our core product which provides Privilege Access Management. Our team roles are constantly evolving as we grow, so be prepared for constant tweaks in roles and responsibilities. 

What You'll Do

●      You will be part of the product management team working on core products with initial focus areas in analytics or UX

●      You’ll be responsible for the delivery of your selected product focus area

●      You’ll be interacting with customers, PMs, engineers and sales teams to understand their pain points to prioritize features for maximum impact

●      Documenting stories and acceptance criteria, illustrating flows and high level UX that will be understood by engineering teams

●      Collaborate with the release team to plan out releases for your focus area

●      Get your hands dirty with engineering and support teams to understand the ins and outs of the product 

●      Support engineering team tasks when all hands on deck is needed

Must have skills

●      Empathy – able to put yourself in another person’s shoes and understand their experiences

●      Critical thinking – capable of breaking big problems into small, manageable tasks

●      Strong written and verbal communication in English

●      Good presentation skills

Nice to have skills

●      Experience in using JIRA and Confluence

As Myra’s Marketing Executive , you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote the

company's properties and projects.

2. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to identify new

marketing opportunities.

3. Creating and managing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and online

content.

4. Planning and coordinating events, such as property showcases and open houses.

5. Developing and managing relationships with external marketing partners, such as

advertising agencies and media outlets.

for improvement.

7. Developing and managing the company's online presence, including social media

and email marketing.

Job Requirements:

1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Several years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property development industry.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in marketing management software and tools.

6. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

Job Resposibilites:

• Build well-architected cloud applications using containerized and serverless technologies as well work independently with minimal guidance as situations arise.
• Lead a team to build full stack applications to be deployed in the cloud.
• Leading development of project workstreams, mentoring less experienced developers.
• Lead and manage technical issue resolution, work together with team member to arrive at feasible solution.
• Ensure critical system is secured and high availability, and stable with effective application monitoring.
• Leading application support activities including production incident resolution and application monitoring.
• Gatekeeper for team source code. Review and merge developer code before production rollout.
• Attend meeting with business and IT stakeholder, provide effort estimation and solution for change request, unplanned business demand.
• Work with solution architect and provide design feasibility input, current pain points, cost impact.
• Update Jenkins pipeline to include continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous deployment.
• Ensure application is secured, vulnerabilities fixed, latest patch applied, audit finding addressed.
• Experience with developing large-scale distributed cloud systems.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages/libraries/frameworks (NextJs, Tailwind).
• Knowledge of backend languages/libraries/frameworks (Nodejs).
• Experience developing with microservices, serverless Lambda, API Gateways, DynamoDB will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
• 3 years of experience developing application with Nodejs and 1 year of NextJs.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
