The Product Management Director for Digital Platform Services will lead global innovation and execution of Salesforce's digital experience. They'll champion top-notch technology, including Salesforce's own platform, ensuring seamless and engaging connections for visitors, prospects, customers, and trailblazers worldwide.
In this role, the Product Management Director will work closely with counterparts in identity, lead processing, and analytics. They will participate in a project around modernizing lead-generating forms as well as streaming interactions to Salesforce’s own DataCloud in addition to multiple other listeners inclusive of Google Analytics 4, Optimizely Feature Experimentation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
The Product Management Director will be responsible for delivery through project execution and deployment in scrum-agile work practice. This product role is also responsible for effective executive collaborator engagement, maintaining a product roadmap, and influencing product leadership.

Collaborate with your team to establish and articulate a 6-month roadmap with a specific focus on Mulesoft.com website platform and features.
Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure partners in coordinating the delivery of sophisticated, multi-year initiatives.
Prioritize security and Trust initiatives involving privacy and customer data and work with engineering teams to address bugs in a timely matter within established SLA’s.
Lead the backlog of one scrum team including writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and prioritization.
Provide regular updates to leadership, advancing items when needed but with presence and relationships to identify and resolve most issues independently.
Champion, facilitate, and furnish, timely decision-making across a broad network of collaborators, delivery partners, and operational teams.

History of product delivery with 5+ years of software product management experience.
Deep experience in consumer experience, marketing, and digital engagement technologies.
Passion for data-driven and metrics-driven decisions.
Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities.
Connect with business as well as technical audiences; able to write clear and concise documentation and user stories, and excellent spoken communication skills.
Familiar and comfortable with agile/scrum development methodologies.
Marketing and eCommerce experience is a plus.
Expertise in web content management systems including Drupal and Wordpress a plus.

Salesforce AI Cloud is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management, to join our Frontier AI organization. Partnering with the renowned Salesforce AI Research organization and marquee development customers, this team is responsible for identifying market opportunities connected to AI research, rapidly prototyping, learning, and achieving product-market fit on frontier and emerging capabilities.
As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with, and driving success for our Customers to build prototypes at the edge of AI innovation. You will manage product development for critical priorities on our Frontier roadmap, collaborating closely with select customers to rapidly define, iterate and deliver innovation prototypes on the cutting edge of AI.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the AI/machine learning ecosystem, and have direct experience delivering 0-to-1 products at startup speed. Experience with experimental product development, and strong customer-facing collaboration skills are a must. Experience with Salesforce Platform is a plus. You are capable of operating in a rapid experimentation mode with our most sophisticated customers, building prototypes quickly, and proving value.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Salesforce AI Research to create, develop, and ship cutting-edge generative AI prototypes which could lend themselves to marketing differentiating products.
Engage with select customers to prototype, learn, and achieve product-market fit as rapidly as possible.
Build a scalable approach to strategic experimentation, with a rapid innovation cycle, followed by a structured hand-off to scaled R&D teams.
