MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DCS Operation

• Perform starts up and shuts down according to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions or Checklists,

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing technical assistance for monitoring and recording the operational and contractual parameters of the process plants, aiming to ensure the safety and performance of the process plants, assisting the management of the units with information and reports as required.
• Monitor and record the daily production of oil, natural gas and water, as well as all chemical and fuel products of consumption through the accumulation of operational data collected from the Facility Control System (FCS).
• Contribute to the development of engineering reviews / studies regarding installed production systems by participating in technical meetings with engineering and suppliers, planning and executing operational tests in the platform.

About The Role

The Team Leader, Mid-term and Long-Term Market Analytics, will be accountable for leading a small, focused team in delivering market analysis to enhance decision support in Shell’s global LNG business. The Team Leader will be principally responsible for meeting the analytical needs of Shell’s LNG trading business with a focus on developing longer term views of the global gas market. The Team Leader will directly lead a team of four (4) analysts focused upon three tasks:

• development of the Mid-term and Long-term outlook for LNG;

• managing delivery of annual updates of gas and LNG Project Screening Values;

• and managing delivery of power fundamentals for the Asia region.

The Team Leader will also indirectly guide the work of data scientists and data engineers working to transform the data architecture underpinning mid and long-term analytics.

The Team Leader will be accountable for developing the mid- and long-term outlook for LNG in support of multiple internal clients and helping shape the LNG portfolio within Shell. They are able to do so because of increasing availability of market data as well as satellite, vessel tracking, and weather data; talent skilled in machine learning and statistical algorithms; and computing power, including the cloud, that runs predictive analytics fast enough to identify market signals which can significantly improve trading decision-making.

The Team Leader will be accountable for defining the data infrastructure development priorities for the mid- and long-term forecast horizon; working to create a roadmap for digital transformation with end-to-end workflows. Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager

The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager is experienced in integrated communications, digital and social. He/She will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating internal resources and leading agency to meet clients’ marketing and advertising needs. He/She is responsibility for agency outputs, provides perspective and leadership in developing the highest quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Management

· Develops clearly focused creative strategies and creative briefs

· Delivers value-adding performance throughout the project

· Collaborative teamwork between Creative, Media and Planning

· Prepares and participates in client presentations

· Provides input for creative strategies/briefs

· Organizes day-to-day smooth operation of project

Client Partnerships and Collaborations

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 to 6 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry

· Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or higher)

· Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and marketing communication

· Knowledge in web analytics, data-driven marketing and content marketing will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee company technology operations (e.g. network security, infrastructure, applications development) and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Develop and execute the overall IT application strategy in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of application developers; and supervise/guide IT team.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies.
• Proactively identifying technology risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner and work with internal stakeholders to review, identify, streamline and implement process improvements related to IT.
• Support Cyber Security business by working with external partners in the area of Endpoint Detection & Response, VAPT and Security Operations Center.
• Lead regulatory / audit information requests and deliverables, which may include supervisory visits / meetings and regulatory / audit examinations.
• Monitor, track and report progress on corrective actions, continual improvement actions and other program-level action plans (regulatory / audit examinations).
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
• Educate executive management and employees on the business values and the risk IT systems holds for the organisation.
• Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
• Control budget and report on expenditure.
• Develop and manage the organization's AWS cloud infrastructure and strategy, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems and services.
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 7 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership quality
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Good understanding of ABS OSPAR is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cyber security in the areas of Endpoint Detection & Response, VAPT and Security Operations Center will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services, including architecture design, deployment, and management of cloud solutions, demonstrates an ability to leverage cloud technologies to drive and enhance business operations.
• Possession of AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.

Job Description :

• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• In charge of planning, directing, and coordinating every aspect of architectural work in a project
• To oversee work operations from initial site preparation to project completion to ensure construction meets set standards
• Accountable to review project plans to approve or recommend design changes
• To supervise contractors and technical staff to ensure they adhere to quality specifications and procedures.
• To ensure timely completion and realization of construction goals
• To ensures the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Maintains safe, secure & healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of working experience, preferably 5 years in MRT project
