Citi Learning works to drive business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them. The Global Risk Learning & Development (Global Risk L&D) team is responsible for risk training for both Independent Risk Management and Business audiences globally. Global Risk L&D also manages the learning strategy overall for the Global Risk Management Organization. The Global Risk L&D team holds over 300 instructor classes annually to global audiences and develops self-paced online risk training programs delivered firm-wide. Over 200,000 participants participate in Risk L&D’s programs annually across the globe.
The Senior Operations Analyst will play a key role in executing risk classes held globally. The Senior Operations Analyst will be in charge of managing all logistics for a portfolio of risk learning programs. For instructor led programs, this will include collaborating with team members to create and update on an ongoing basis a global risk L&D calendar of classes, scheduling vendors, opening classes in Citi’s learning management system, coordinating onsite support for classes held across the globe, ordering and ensuring delivery of materials globally, leading calls with vendors on logistics, creating promotional material on available learning programs, sending communications about available classes to target audiences, sending class details and invites to participants globally, sending course materials to participants globally, answering inquiries from participants, requesting and compiling feedback surveys, and closing class rosters in Citi’s learning management system. For web based programs, this will include testing courses, assigning programs to target audiences, creating reports on completions and monitoring completions. The Senior Operations Analyst will play a critical role in creating seamless and high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage execution of risk training globally for a portfolio of risk programs.
Design, develop and deploy Risk L&D marketing communications (including newsletters)
Schedule venues and external/internal facilitators globally.
Open classes in the learning management system.
Monitor registrations in upcoming classes, ensuring participants meet eligibility criteria, and reporting on any low enrollment classes
Coordinate onsite support for classes held across the globe.
Order and ensure delivery of materials globally.
Organize and independently lead calls with external vendors on logistics details.
Send invitations to participants globally.
Answer inquiries from learners directly on logistics related items.
Collect evaluations and report on results and maintain centralized reporting on quality and effectiveness of all programs through the development and analysis of related metrics.
Close class rosters in the learning management system.
Host / coordinate any pre-program and post-program webinars and virtual learning experiences.
Prepare reports and analytics as necessary for scheduling and planning purposes.
Provide status reporting on classes held, status of scheduling, and any changes to key sponsors/stakeholders.
Test web-based programs for learning quality before assignment.
Create reports on completions for assigned web-based training programs.
Assign web-based trainings to targeted audiences.
Qualifications:
Job Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years professional work experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to escalate issues and propose potential solutions.
Drives for results and demonstrates strong sense of accountability and follow through.
