Job Summary

• To perform various accounting functions and supervises the Hotel’s accounting and reporting system activities such as accounts receivable and payable processing, credit controls, income auditing and cashiering processing, accurate financial transaction posting, monthly reconciliation and financial report preparation.
• Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts in compliance of the relevant accounting standards
• Responsible to handle external audit by attending to audit queries and tax compliance work, such as tax queries, tax payment and tax filing.

Main purpose of job       

The main purpose of a Section Head is to lead and supervise BPO Contact Centre Inbound & Outbound Section. To lead the staff and operation into achieving a higher standard in accordance to the SLA. The candidate
We are looking for candidate with at least 5-8 years in supervisory role, ideally in engineering/construction and property development industry. In this instant, preferences will be to candidates in age group 35-45.
As the HR Manager, you will have excellent knowledge of employment law, comprehensive employee relations experience and will have to manage a team within HR functions. In this respect, it is preferable you have  some experience of the construction project background or from a similar technical engineering environment.
In terms of academic/educational qualification, it would be preferable the incumbent have a tertiary education background ideally in HR disciplines or Business Administration. In terms of work experience, ideally candidate would have some 5-8 years of HR experience at supervisory level.

主要職責包括為房地產投資組合的房地產開發管理團隊提供財務支持，以確保及時準確的報告、預測和分析，這將有助於商業決策。
您將需要與其他子公司和控股公司的銷售和行銷、合約、開發和財務部門密切合作，以理順內部流程。
主要職責：
*負責會計職能並維護全套帳目。
*向總部準備月度、季度和年度合併財務和管理報告。
*協調年度內部和外部審計以及財務報表和用於審計目的的所有其他補充時間表的準備。
*審查稅務計算、提交報稅表，並就集團和子公司的稅務事宜與稅務代理人和稅務機關聯絡。
*管理財務團隊並監督下屬履行房地產開發部門內各實體的日常會計和財務職責。
此人
要成功擔任此職位，候選人必須擁有會計學士學位或 ACCA/CIMA 畢業生，並具有房地產開發背景行業的經驗。如果您是MIA的會員，我們將給予您高度的尊重。
具有 6-8 年類似會計職位的豐富經驗將受到非常有利的考慮。
良好的英語口語和書面溝通能力，並精通國語和中文/普通話。
精通財產會計軟體系統（IFCA）將是理想的。
