Job Description:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement via door-to-door marketing, marketing campaigns and digital marketing across social media platforms.
2. Devise and implement targeted market expansion strategies for specific markets to address industry needs, attract clients and boost sales in the context of Singapore’s vocational training landscape.
3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, understand client preferences, and business viability ahead of industry competitors.
4. Execute targeted email campaigns, including list management, content creation, and delivery.
5. Generate engaging video content for platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube) to boost brand recognition.
6. Craft visually appealing marketing assets (e.g., Canva), including social media posts, banners, and promotional graphics.
7. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create and refine course content and materials. Support the expansion of course portfolios from initial research to successful implementation.
8. Provide flexible ad-hoc support for various tasks and projects as required to meet operational objectives.

Requirements:
