Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Design and Marketing intern that is creatively driven and innovative to produce creative works that represent the brand best, digitally and physically. In this role, you will be working with the founder, marketing and sales lead learning how to best represent brands in a 360 degree campaign and learning the ropes of brand building. This will be a 3-6 month internship which will then be converted to a full time position.

Scope of the role includes:

1) Brand Guardian – be the brand guardian to ensure the consistent application and enforcement of Company brand identity. Develop deep knowledge and understanding of Company brand and visual identity standards to consistently apply them through design;

2) Creative Ideation – work with the marketing and business development team to brainstorm and present concept visualization for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Translate an idea into a (series of) sketches, designs, storyboards, renders & prototypes to make the idea tangible;

3) New Product Line / Campaign Development: Create and lead concepts and ideation for new product line or campaigns, including packaging concepts, art direction and others. Create and monitor the project timeline to ensure a smooth process between departments and a smooth launch;

4) Visual Merchandising: Create eye-catching product displays at retail stores to highlight the product's strength and promote the image of the Company through posters, shelf strips, wobblers and others - work with suppliers to bring designs to life and field sales team to execute in store

5) Multimedia Design - create visual design for marketing campaigns (BTL and TTL), including online creatives (e.g. website design, email marketing, social media posts and advertisements, Google Display advertisement) and offline & print creatives (merchandising materials, pamphlets, brochures and posters);

6) Creative Assets Management - Assist to actively build and maintain a library of approved digital, multimedia and print assets;

7) Stay up to date with (design, product) trends, manufacturing and prototyping techniques;

8) Other – any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company such as attending events and trade shows.

Required Skills and Requirements:

1) At least 1-2 years of relevant digital design & concept development experience in-house or with an agency.

2) High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

3) Meticulous typography and graphic design skills with strong attention to detail.

4) Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically with an understanding of UX and user-centric design principles.

5) Ability to optimize designs for different channels (web, advertising, social, mobile, etc.).

6) Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

The Role

THE POSITION

Video Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Video Marketing intern (B2B) to join our team. As a video marketing intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing video marketing strategies for our B2B audience. You will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in video production, editing and distribution, while working closely with the marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a passion for video marketing, excellent story telling skills and keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing video marketing strategies targeted towards B2B customers, aligning with the overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify key B2B messaging and create compelling video content to communicate our value proposition and product offerings.
• Assist in planning and executing the production of high quality videos, including g pre production tasks such as scriptwriting, story boarding, location scouting and talent coordination.
• Participate in video shoots, operating cameras, sound equipment and lightings.
• Edit video footage using video editing software to create visually appealing, engaging and impactful content that resonates with our B2B audience.
• Optimize videos for different channels and platforms ensuring compatibility and maximum reach including Youtube, social medias, websites and email marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date with video marketing trends and best practices, continuously researching and suggesting innovative ideas for video content creation and distribution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns
• And initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging
• Assist in tracking and analyzing video performance metrics, such as views engagement, conversions, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the marketing team in various other tasks, such as graphic design, content creation and campaign coordination, as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Degree in Marketing, Communications, film production or related field
• Strong passion for video marketing and storytelling with good understanding of B2B marketing landscape
• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Similar
• Familiarity with video production equipment and techniques, including camera operation, lighting and sound.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for video content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of SEP and video optimization techniques
• Experience with graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of previous video projects is highly desirable

Job Description

• Plan, research, coordinate and execute in campaigns and marketing content creation.
• Creative output for both online and offline stores.
• Assist in photo shoot and video and photo editing.
• Work closely with teams to come up with new marketing initiatives to create brand awareness.
• Plan, manage and handle all Live Stream projects
• Produce, directing and hosting of Live Steam projects
• Track, monitor and understand Live Stream and online performance through insights and analytics.

Contract length: 1-3 months
