• To identify and prioritize the manpower needs based on the project demand to ensure there are available resources with the appropriate role and skillset to do the project
• To analyse resource data and perform resource planning for optimal resource allocation
• To provide up-to-date management reports on availability and forecast utilization to management and stakeholders on a regular basis
• To collaborate effectively with stakeholders to develop resource plan, resource optimization, and any related resource management activity
• To participate in any resource management tools, infrastructure, reports, and business processes enhancement to improve resource management processes and functions

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of work experience in manpower resource planning, manpower outsourcing resource management or in a HR generalist function
• Hands-on experience in resource management, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Operational knowledge of recruitment, human resource management and or ICT domain would be preferred
• Familiarity in Project & Portfolio Management and/or data analytic platforms would be advantageous
• Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple and diverse stakeholders
• A confident presenter and able to articulate concepts for rationalization
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
