**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team and play a crucial role in our engineering projects. The Drafter will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings for submission within specified deadlines, maintaining current drawings, and assisting in project design and development activities. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD for both 2D sketching and 3D modeling, along with a meticulous and organized approach to work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare ACMV engineering drawings using AutoCAD, including both 2D sketches and 3D models.
• Assist project engineers and project managers in generating drawings and submissions.
• Maintain and record drawing files, managing and issuing drawing documents as required.
• Support project engineers, project managers, and tender managers in cost calculation processes.
• Analyze design issues and propose corrective actions, as well as recommend improvements to existing designs.
• Prepare design layouts, sketches, and other necessary drawings in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Review and discuss rough sketches with the engineering team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare architectural working drawings, including detailed submissions, tender, and construction drawings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in 2D works, focusing on creative design drawings such as layout plans, M&E, and detail drawings.

**Job Requirements:**

• Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant fields, with experience in the construction industry being advantageous.
• Strong communication and correspondence skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for drafting and modeling purposes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized in managing drawing files and documents.

Requirements :

• Must be computer literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
  Posses knowledge in SQL software will be an advantage
• Posses own transport 

Job Responsibilites :

• Key in sales report for payment received
• Prepare and submit weekly total sales invoice report to Supervisor
• Assist Sales team in handling Sales commission, Contractor commission, Installer fees and etc.
• Check SQL order list, stock balance and update stock record
• Issue DIR and perform logistics duties by arranging stocks in and out to and from main factory.
• Key in service case and update with Installer
• Check and manage payment record by ensuring to obtain and attach with receipt
• Send reminder and follow up with superior on urgent case / pending cases
• Monitor CCTV of work premises
• And any other ad hoc tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Attend sites to investigate, examine and assess the damage
• Gather information and evidence relevant to the insured loss or damage
• Validate and provide loss assessment/adjustment according to the terms of the insurance policy
• Liaise with policyholders, insurance brokers, and other interested parties to reach an equitable settlement
• Write full and detailed reports for insurers, including recommendations for settlement
