• Leading a team of Vessel IT Support Engineers tasked with delivering remote support to vessels, their crews, and providing on-site assistance when required.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in vessel IT/OT.
• Proficiency in the deployment and maintenance of Vessel Sat-Com, PMS, Safety, Crewing applications, as well as vessel-related IT infrastructure, security, mail systems, and communication solutions.
• Familiarity with Airtime, Navigation, and other communication systems is essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications (Office 365, MS Windows server), with certifications being a valuable addition.
• Exposure to cyber security solutions, including their implementation and support.
• Skills in hardware troubleshooting, data cabling, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Understanding of ship automation systems is a significant advantage.

Working as part of the information security office within the IT department at Pacific Prime CXA, the GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day IT compliance, data governance and IT risk management functions.
