Has strengths in handling project from planning to IT implementation without handovers by utilizing our accumulated project knowhow and knowledge as methodology. From 2020, they launched business in Singapore to expand our IT consultation service in APAC.

You will be leading IT consultation projects to client in finance, retail, and/or logistics industry. You will be involved in actual projects (such as IT planning phase and implementation). The biggest mission of this position is to get the trust of clients through consulting and establish its position as a strategic partner of management and IT.
■Detail
The initial mission of this position is to drive an IT enhancement project in retail industry as a PMO. You are required to actively lead the client and vendor team from the implementation phase and advice clients to enhance some IT core systems. After the completion of this project, you will be supporting our sales team as an IT consultant by considering hypotheses, sorting out issues, and proposing solutions. (include creating presentation slides)
As a PMO(sub-team leader), you would be responsible for:
- Tracking the progress of multiple project timelines and deliverables
- Issue tracking and follow ups from relevance and dependency of multiple projects
- Research and advice on the scope of impact and quality assurance methods for data structure changes
- Analysis of factors and advice for smoother settlements
- Document review and qualification of multiple project aspects including budget, test management and design.
- Leading the team in reporting project progress to stakeholders
- Meeting arrangement and facilitation (including taking minutes)
- Managing communications between the project and the vendor team
- User support for smoother post-launch operations
- Working in your client office during project
As an IT consultant, you would be responsible for:
- Building and continuation of good relationships with stakeholders of your client and understanding your client’s IT and business-related challenges
- Create a hypothetical proposal PowerPoint slides based on the challenges you identified
- Meeting arrangement and facilitation with our sales team to refine your proposal document
- Work with a team to provide presentations

- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to multitask
- High Proficiency in Microsoft tools like PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to coordinate meetings, workshops, and facilitation involving with external organizations
- Capability to challenge in small organization and project
[Preferred Requirement]
- Those who have work experience at a Japanese company or experience in dealing with a Japanese company
- Good honors degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related disciplines
- Retail sales domain knowledge
- Sale Management system, CRM, POS, and/or BI tool knowledge
