Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager – IT Technical Management to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and lead a high-functioning Information Systems Team: manage staff performance and development, work with the team to develop and achieve annual objectives and key results, and report quarterly on progress.
- Facilitate all technology operations, including on-premises networks and cloud workspace.
- Evaluate digital and cloud services, usage and set up to provide a robust and secured workplace. As needed, identify automation, upgrade, re-configuration, and or new system needs and prioritize and make costed recommendations to the Executive Team to address these.
- Optimize information systems and use of technology tools internally by providing direction, guidance, and training to staff and help program teams to support partner organizations with value-add technology integration and optimization practices.
- Build and provide Citrix, VM and Hyper V support and administration.
- Build and provide Cisco and HP Switches, Firewall and Routers support and administration.
- Work with Director, IT Operations to establish standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure, including network, access rights, desktops, servers, internal applications.
- Implement policies/standards to improve the quality and efficiency of support services based on ITIL framework.
- Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures.
- Responsible for change management processes and procedures.
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, VPN, Active Directory (AD) and system backups.
- Responsible for designing and delivering disaster recovery processes, documentation and manage DR plan, including DR tests to meet business requirements and IT obligations in managing follow up actions and improvements.
- Responsible for disaster recovery scheduling and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Responsible for management of the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as Office 365.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of VDI environment to support end user demand.

- In depth knowledge of Networking technologies and concepts. Good understanding of VMWare.
- Good understanding of IT security and Data protection.

- Good knowledge of Citrix and Cisco products.
- Experience in managing a Microsoft environment across multiple domains.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to successfully supervise and motivate staff and work in a dynamic geographically dispersed team environment with IT and business resources at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, customer service and influencing skills.
- Strong operational and project management skills and experience with enterprise-wide technology systems implementations and various change management approaches.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- University degree in Information Technology or related field and knowledge of engineering applications preferred. Masters or MBA Degree - (Desirable)
- 20 years of experience in the IT Industry with a leadership role.
- Project management certification - (Desirable)
- ITIL Service Delivery management certification is preferred.
- MCSE + Security
- Citrix Certified (Desirable)
- CISCO Certified (Desirable)
