JOB DESCRIPTION:
HR INTERN
As part of a strong, closely knit HR team in The Providore Singapore Pte Ltd. ("Company"), you will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various functions. You will gain practical experience and exposure to different aspects of HR operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization's human resources activities. This internship will provide you with valuable insight into HR processes and help you develop essential skills in the field.
(1) HR Administration
- Help prepare HR documents
- Organize and maintain HR files, records, and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
(2) People Analytics
- Learn and be exposed to the value of people analytics, relating to how the data and information can support business improvement and sustenance
(3) Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Be actively and directly involved in supporting end-to-end process of talent acquisition / recruitment
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
(4) Special Projects / Events
- Be directly involved in supporting Company's events eg. Films at the Fort 2023
+ Any other skill development or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group HR Director
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate / Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 4 to 6 months commitment period required due to the planned objectives to be achieved
- Able to cohesively work in a strong, positive team environment
- Comfortable in communicating with colleagues from all levels
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset will be advantageous
- High levels of attention to detail, with meticulous accuracy in data and information
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
