Responsibilities:
- Define project goals and objectives.
- To liaison with clients on job commencement date, deployment, preparing work done and ensure client endorsement of work done.
- Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
- Organise, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures,processes and systems.
- Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
- To facilitate in seminars, road-shows, exhibitions and trainings.
- To prepare advisory presentation material, quotation, proposal and agreement.
- To establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with potential and current customers.
- To co-ordinate with cross functional teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies.
- To provide constant customers’ feedback or request to the management.
- To share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer and capture in a formal manner.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma/ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Good people skills and pleasant personality.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office such as World, Excel and Power Point.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
