We are looking for People Specialist to join our HR team, to play a critical and strategic role to partner our business leaders to expand their teams and build and champion our company culture.
Your role:
This role will provide support to our Business Partnering team, including the Director (People, Performance & Staffing) and HR Business Partners. Our Business Partnering team supports the Singapore business with empowering our talent experience. You will also be involved in the full spectrum including Talent Attraction and Recruitment, People and Team Development, Change Management, Employee relations and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for recruitment initiatives e.g. Graduate/Internship Programs, including screening, interviewing, candidate management and offer management
· Interview and assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.
- Optimize recruitment tools, increase recruitment efficiency, and improve both candidate’s and hiring manager's job-hunting experience.
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels (externally and internally), platforms and partners, including publishing, active sourcing, screening & interview scheduling for candidates.
- Maintain relationships with qualified candidates, to establish and maintain a talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability.
· Initiate and drives Talent Attraction & Employer Branding activities (eg Campus Outreach programs, Career Fairs, managing social media to ensure it aligns with our Branding strategy etc)
- Partner business teamleaders on People related matters and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, and employee relations.
- Share, communicate and live our purpose and values in all forms of external and internal communication.
- Ensure that all aspects of employer communication align with our values and purpose.
- Managed and update weekly headcount and recruitment reports.
- Supporting any other Ad-hoc projects relating to Human Resource’s agenda and priorities, e.g. Employee engagement, HR Policies, Communication, Recruitment, etc.

- Degree in any discipline
