Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking an experienced and driven leader to oversee Perianesthesia. The Perianesthia Nurse Manager will manage our Main Post Anesthesia Care Unit which consists of 18 Main PACU bays and provides both inpatient and outpatient PACU care after surgical, diagnostical and interventional procedures. They will also manage the 23 bed Main Pre-Postoperative Unit that serves all surgical and procedural patients in the Main Operating Room as well as other patients requiring procedures or testing under anesthesia. The Nurse Manager will work closely with Assistant Nurse Managers on each unit, to lead their teams of Registered Nurses and Patient Care Assistants.
POSITION SUMMARY: Manages and is accountable for the care delivered in a patient care department or area consistent with the mission and vision of the organization.
