The position will be based at the company's corporate head office at Sunway Damansara office.
The position available is for immediate hiring.
The role
This role is reporting to Finance Manager.
Main scope of duties:
*Assist the Finance team in the overall management of the transaction activities.
*Prepare Accounts payables monthly payment.
*Perform Accounts Receivable collection function(credit control functions).
*Ensure all transactions are processed into financials.
*Ensure that supplier statements are reconciled monthly in accodance with agreed timeframe.
*Monitoring of bank cash available,cash flow projection and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
*Support all areas of office administration activities.
The person
*Female preferred.
*Possess minimum qualification LCCI Diploma in Accounting or degree.
*1-3 years of accounting work experience.
*Proficient in English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.
*Proficient in MS Office applications.
*Experience using SQL Accounting software an advantage.
*Most importantly be able to be based at Sunway Damansara area.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure transactions are recorded into ACCPAC in a timely manner with accuracy as well as to provide support to the Head of Department to achieve the Home’s and Organization’s objectives.

Accounts Receivable

• Collate data and tally against bank record for Eldershield, PGDAS, IDAPE etc.
• Prepare and submit Invoice Statement Muster to HQ for upload to ACCPAC
• Generate monthly invoices from Navision to match against uploaded file to ACCPAC
• Create and posting manual Debit/Credit Note in Navision and ACCPAC
• Posting of payment collections – Giro, Nets, Cheque & Cash into ACCPAC
• Prepare monthly summary report for payment collection to HQ
• Prepare monthly GIRO deductions from residents to HQ
• Reconciliation of monthly GIRO submission to actual GIRO receipts in bank for verification.
• Assist Senior Executive – Finance in verification of all reconciliations

Some role of Accounts Payable

• Scan/Copy all approved vendor’s invoices, debit and credit notes together with supporting document to shared folder
• Prepare and submit staff welfare claims (i.e. medical, shoe allowance, etc) to HQ for reimbursement

Miscellaneous

• Ad hoc task or undertake any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Head of Centre
