Position Summary:
The position is responsible for all aspects of financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, financial reporting, product costing, business systems, and internal control compliance for the AMR GO Group as well as consolidations of financials for Global GO. The Head of AMR & Corporate GO Finance is a key business partner to the GO leadership team including the following functions:
- Manufacturing
- Manufacturing Technology Transfers (MTT)
- Life Cycle Management (LCM)
- Supply Chain (GSC)
- GO Shared Services
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our Manufacturing, MTT, LCM, Supply Chain & Shared Services teams to drive business results towards targets.
- Actively participate in all financial, and business reviews for areas of responsibility.
- Report, analyze, and translate data into key insights that drive strategic decision making at the executive level.
- Provide strategic financial insight to formulate business strategies and growth plans and work with cross functional partners to drive execution of plans.
- Anticipate business trends, assess risks, and recommend alternative solutions to meet financial and business objectives.
- Address complex business challenges and questions dealing with standard costing, manufacturing capacity optimization, factory automation efficiencies, minimizing waste and unfavorable manufacturing variances, and other issues related to Operations Finance technical topics.
- Review and drive the planning, forecasting, and budgeting process for areas of responsibility to maximize profitable returns and long-term growth in alignment with corporate goals and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in the monthly forecast and reporting processes and tools.
- Work with business partners to effectively prepare and assess analytics for project portfolio reviews with ROI analyses and other relevant financial metrics to drive profitable decision making.
- Work with our global Finance and Operations teams to oversee the successful execution of our product standard costing roadmap with a goal of driving to more refined standard cost estimates
- Attract, develop, and retain outstanding Finance talent.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed global environment
Requirements:
- >15 years of work experience in Finance with at least >5 years’ experience in a product manufacturing company
- > 7years of Management experience
- Broad knowledge of all areas within Corporate sub-function or a function within an operation.
- Experience in partnering with senior leaders to develop strategies & influence decisions
- A highly metrics-driven individual with strong analytical abilities
- Excellent financial and business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong aptitude for risk assessment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to understand and solve complex problems
- Experience in leading, coaching & developing a team
Education:
- Bachelor and/or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
- Additional professional qualification like CPA, CFA, CMA preferred

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Director/Director Head of AMR & Corporate Global Ops Finance (Hybrid) role based in the United States of America is: $201,100 - $301,700. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
