Provide support and advice to relevant staff on matters relating to patient safety and risk management where appropriate and ensure the risks are updated on the risk register under the accountability the Mental Health team. Provide support for risk management and assurance processes that meet local and national standards and that are aligned to the Trust processes and standards. Provide clinical challenge and advice to divisional teams on how to populate and review risks in relation to mental health. Where required, develop, and maintain relevant policies, systems and databases that support risk management in line with the assurance structures and processes which relate to mental health. Contribute to adherence of standards where appropriate (e.g., safeguarding standards regulations) and preparation for internal and external assessment (e.g. CQC inspections. To share professional knowledge to assist the lead nurse for mental health with underpinning additional specialist areas, supporting and maintaining quality of care within the service. Job Overview:

As a product manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of product strategies for assigned products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, market access, medical, regulatory, finance, and legal/compliance, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.

The role requires the ability to analyze market data and identify key trends, lead the effort in forecasting, develop pricing and positioning strategies, and provide training and support to sales teams. You should have a strong understanding of local Singapore regulations and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

In addition to the usual marketing scope, this role is required to create synergy with the alliance partner to enable the team to excel on the same goal for the product(s) assigned. You will be responsible to ensure that all operations related to the product run smoothly in the alliance team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, business administration or related field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or related field
• Oncology (lung cancer) experience is required.
• New product launch experience.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and healthcare systems
