Procurement:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand the supplier base and meet new project/production needs.
• Obtain quotes from newly sourced suppliers to achieve competitive costing and continuous cost reduction.
• Lead periodic price negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitiveness in material/service costs.
• Conduct supplier qualification audits and parts qualification to ensure suppliers meet company requirements.
• Qualify suppliers for inclusion in the Approved Vendor List.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to manage qualifications and updates on suppliers' capabilities.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for the Procurement department to ensure consistent workflow processes.

Purchasing:

• Develop a Purchasing strategy for various supply categories to ensure on-time order fulfillment with minimal inventory for direct purchases.

• Provide periodic alerts and updates to internal/external customers to promptly address any issues or delays.

Warehousing:

• Manage the warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials.
• Oversee the warehouse team to fulfill order requirements for all customer shipments.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

· At least 5 years of working experience and exposure in both mechanical and electrical customized parts and components sourcing.
