Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage roadmaps; manage prioritisation and execution; manage timelines for assigned products across the lifecycle
• Take a data-driven approach to product development
• Manage multiple cross-functional internal / external stakeholders in driving the product roadmap
• Work with UX, Product Engineering and service delivery leads in developing and execute product plans
• Work with digital sales teams to develop digital monetization sellable opportunities
• Identify ongoing product enhancement opportunities for various Business Units in order to help them grow reach and engagement
• Create business cases & technical documentation for new features or products by gathering requirements, costs and market insights
• Working with the UI/UX lead on wire framing and prototyping
• Act as project lead for specific roadmap items
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for development sprints
• Ensure that BU requirements are met via constant feedback loops
• Understand emerging digital trends and assess local market impact

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years' experience in Product Management
• An expert practitioner of Agile product development principles
• Experience launching digital products or services from idea to execution, managing and building mobile and web products with depth of knowledge of paid, owned and earned digital media platforms
• Strong understanding of the Digital landscape and innovation trends and understanding of market and consumer research and deriving data/research driven consumer insights and strong knowledge of digital marketing and related technology
• Experience in developing and innovating new ad products and experience in user-centric design processes and expert in MS Powerpoint and ability to develop professional presentation quickly
• Familiarity with Web development technologies, including content management systems, HTML and JavaScript, knowledge and experience using product management tools e.g. JIRA
• Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
• Multi-language skills (Bahasa Indonesian, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) is an advantage as this role requires to manage some translation for Berita products or 8world products

The role will be responsible for supporting the business in the development, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns across the portfolio to maximise acquisition and retention of users and clients. The focus of the role is to manage and execute marketing campaigns that meet and exceed ROI targets for the marketing plan, whilst delivering on client campaigns and attracting new clients across the portfolio.

The daily duties and responsibilities include:
• Identify market opportunities and advise the leadership team on all marketing strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, expand company brand and promote services to new customers
• Showcase your creative side to produce and design all marketing collateral, including digital, video and print content, to be used across companywide communication
• Manage all social media platforms including, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube, ensure all content is scheduled, brand-appropriate and aligns with company content pillars guidelines & objectives
• Conduct all research and analysis of data in relation to consumer patterns and preferences.
• Predict and develop collateral for current and future trends across all social media platforms and implement all appropriate findings
