To support this, you will be able to work with some of the newest Microsoft data technologies, including Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps, and Azure.
What you’ll do
Take the lead
Develop solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform including technologies such as Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps, and Azure.
Build, configure and develop Dynamics 365 including security, customisations, and maintenance (plugins, workflows, web services, entity-relationship management, security, reports, system jobs).
Lead the conceptualisation, design and delivery of high-quality solutions across all areas of the Dynamics landscape, including CRM, Marketing, Portal and several incoming and outgoing interfaces via the integration platforms
Be the gatekeeper to the design, architecture, and implementation of the global platform
Give your time
Automate and enhance business activities using Power Platform technologies such as Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps, and Azure.
Use advanced knowledge of JScript, C#, PowerApps and MS Technologies to enhance the solution and develop proof of concepts to demonstrate options
Bring people together
Organise and conduct discovery workshops, discussions, and value-based use case demonstrations for requirements/ proposed solutions
Understand Origin’s system architecture and ensure that platform development is aligned and compatible with the overall technology vision.
Be the interface between the business, Product Owner and various technical resources to ensure solutions are effectively embedded into the organisation
Come forward with a can-do attitude
Ensure system security is maintained and develop solutions that comply with Data Protection Regulations.
Stay on top of Microsoft’s CRM roadmap and ensure that new development isn’t using functionality scheduled to be deprecated.
Go the extra, extra mile
Identify areas for enhancing existing applications and participate in the subsequent enhancement.
What you’ll need
Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications
2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM
Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins
Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams
Comfortable using Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS, source control, CRM SDK
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and Teams
Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL
SSIS or other ETL technologies
Experience working with consulting services industry or salesforce automation/project service automation solutions
