• Participate in meetings with senior management and stakeholders.

• Participate and assist the Warehouse Manager in all improvements / optimization projects for Supply Chain.

• Manage the periodic and year end stock takes, organize the count teams, and supervise the physical count process. Lead the investigations and work with the Finance department for the inventory reconciliation and initial result within the same day.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level or its equivalent.

• Demonstrate knowledge and application of contemporary Supply Chain and inventory processes and procedures.

• Problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines.

• Experience in MS-Offices, ERP and WMS platforms

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skill

• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experiences

Reporting into the Chief Executive Director, Procurement Director will be responsible for procurement activities in Asia with three key areas of primary responsibility within this role.

• To formulate, implement and drive a consistent region wide approach towards all procurement activities within Asia, ensuring that procurement policy, best practice & governance in all areas including procurement procedures, processes and benefits tracking defined, implemented and adhered to.
• Support product development/commercial initiatives/projects in the region with improved supply chain solutions.
• Manage, drive and control the cost reductions program.

In this Asia focused role, the Director is expected to deliver year-over-year improvement in total cost of ownership, quality and service by working closely with each of the regional procurement organizations and respective suppliers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for managing the Procurement team in Vietnam

· Responsible for the overall regional procurement expertise; responsible for planning and implementation of regional spend and will oversee sourcing and procurement in the different countries

· Develop and report on savings targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

· In-depth knowledge on overall contract management framework, able to advise stakeholders where appropriate and can work with lawyers to design internal master service agreement and contract templates

· Provide contract negotiation expertise to regional teams ensuring compliance to all standards and governance

· Good knowledge of import and export documentation of Vietnam

· Establish and maintain a close working relationship with operations personnel in Vietnam

· Monitor ongoing effectiveness of the current supply base, manage supplier issues and resolve performance and business issues on behalf of internal customers

· Engage directly with customers to work on projects like new services concepts; material sourcing and development

Qualifications

Education:

· Educated to degree level or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in managing supply chain/sourcing activities, or relevant management experience in luxurious accessories for private jets, hotels chains
• Previous leadership experience, three (3) years of people management experience
• Experience in “cabin couture” procurement
• Regional experience spanning multiple countries, with a focus on APAC
