What will you do?

• Participate and execute in the design process, including: brainstorming, wire framing, prototyping and validating the implementation

YOUR MISSION

• Learn the entire creative design process from first sketch to final product

• Be responsible for one self-directed, individual projects and support in launching product design ideas in line with specific product strategies

• Generate and present strong product stories, designs and mood boards

• Under the direction of the Design team collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments

• Assist the Design team in the creation and maintenance of creative directions, product designs, tech packs, presentation materials, design mini sheets and specifications

YOUR TALENT

• Enrolled as a Design student in a related creative field (product/graphic)

• Proficient Adobe Creative suite skills (Photoshop and Illustrator are a must) and MS Office

This role supports Brand Marketing team in the Digital Appliance department to contribute effectively by developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns, this includes digital, social and BTL marketing collaterals. This role will involve into projects such as: Islandwide Promotion, Brand Fair – Best Denki, COURTS, Audio House and New category launches.

• Work closely with colleagues in the Brand Marketing team to manage marketing campaigns – ATL & BTL.
• Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of all marketing materials.
• Manage timeline for day-to-day tasks.
• Delivery tasks assigned effectively and efficiently.
• Work closely and able to communicate effectively internally with Product Marketing team, Retail Marketing team and Corporate Marketing team. And externally with Creative Agency, Media Agency and printers.

Design Engineering Intern positions are for one of two roles:
(a) Perform as a member of the Logic Design Team on a Digital Design project such as an L2 Cache or a Network on Chip project. Responsible for the RTL implementation of high performance memory system and interconnect components. Implement the micro-architecture in Verilog RTL, simulate and debug its functions and run synthesis, place & route and other Electronic Design Automation scripts to meet timing, area, and power goals. Assist with developing test plans; writing functional diagnostics; debugging failures; and analyzing coverage information. Work closely with various Design Verification and Electronic Design Automation teams.
(b) Perform as a member of the Design Verification Team on a Digital Design project such as an L2 Cache or a Network on Chip project. Responsible for verification of high performance memory system and interconnect components. Assist with developing test plans, writing functional assembly diagnostics, UVM/SVA monitors, debugging failures, and analyzing coverage information. Work closely with various RTL Design and Electronic Design Automation teams.

Position Requirements:
• Currently enrolled as MS/BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar major.
• Deep understanding of Digital Design and/or Design Verification Fundamentals
• Excellent automation skills using Tcl, Perl, shell scripting
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Exposure to design automation tools is a plus
