- To lead a team to be the customer facing unit for all operations related matters pertaining to customers’ needs and requirements in their respective DC halls.
- To provide and to ensure a high level of customer experience, providing full end to end operational support services to customers
- To ensure a well-run operations team to ensure optimal customer experience and to meet all SLGs.
- To ensure all equipment and buildings are optimally maintained
- To take charge and manage allocated expenditures (OPEX and CAPEX) are well within allocation for implementation across all Singtel DC.
- To lead, motivated and to ensure all DC staff are well trained.
- To engage customers and various institutions where necessary to resolve issues where applicable.
- To support the Operations Team in the various Singtel’s DCs on a 24x7 basis.

Lead a team to be the customer facing unit for all operations related matters pertaining to customers’ needs and requirements in their respective DC halls.
Provide and to ensure a high level of customer experience, providing full end to end operational support services to customers pertaining to the customers DC hall, from customer reports to customer fit outs requirements.
Manage the department by providing leadership, coaching, training, and mentorship and overall development of the employees.
To ensure all equipment and buildings are optimally maintained
Manage resources in manpower, capital and operating expenses within the team. Ensure resources are leveraged at the most optimum, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Strategize and lead the department towards optimisation and digitalization and to deploy data analytical to improve the DCs resiliencies and efficiencies.
To develop and integrate the existing Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) as well as to introduce IOT sensors for Artificial Intelligence and to collect data for Machine Learning implementation to improve the performance of the DC
To review and reform the existing DC network and IT system to ensure ability to meet all DC audit requirements as well as cyber security.
To ensure all processes are well documented and updated regularly.
To ensure all procurement processes are followed.
Update management on overall performance status and activities for the department
To support the operations team that is running on a 24X7 basis to meet all operational needs
Skills for Success:
Degree in IT Network, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or related disciplines
Work Experience - > 15 Years
