• Develop models, scenarios and reporting requirements to support the Commercial business
• Support commercial organisation with detailed financial analysis to minimise risks and maximise opportunities
• Monitor & report on sales commissions / bonuses
• Strong working relationship and partnering with the commercial lead and management team
• Strong working relationship with the Galway shared service team and cross functional teams

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree level and/or accountancy qualification
• Working in Finance or similar environment in international organisation
• Sales finance and/or marketing finance experience strongly recommended
• Strong communication skills - oral, written, and interpersonal
• Ability to present financial data and concepts to management and non-financial personnel
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems and tools (PowerOn, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Salesforce.com, Qlikview, PowerBI Applications)
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working as part of a team or on own initiative
• Ability to understand and summarise financial data
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability to work with the commercial business units in different time zones.
• The ability to achieve tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent MS Excel skills
