Role and Responsibilities

New Product Launch Strategy

• Develop Local Launch Plan for NPD ensure 4R (Right Store, Product, Display) retail strategy and action plans are well defined and communicated clearly to Sales and trade
• Retail KPI by channel and store in related to each product proposition
• Align with stakeholders to review and track flooring and display progress

Promotion Campaigns

• Develop all BTL POSM in related to in store sell out promotion and ensure all CI and brand identity are aligned with Corporate Marketing
• Engage with Field force to ensure the execution is implemented timely and flawlessly
• Propose customize sell out mechanics based with PM and Sales for selected account / regions

In-store Communication & Display

• Work closely with innovation team & creative agency to ensure the display segmentation & guideline deliver the appropriate visibility strategy
• Lead the Develop and adapt all POSM for all products (Generic POSM & Promotion POSM) by store type and range
• Be the category display and design gatekeeper with HQ to ensure right adaptation of category/range display.
• Develop Merchandising and Display guidelines (generic and new store planograms)

RIS & SKU - Flooring and Range Optimization

• Analyze and execute right model mix for selected Strategic and Growth accounts with well define SKU focus and prioritization.
• Track ant Monitor the New Launches Flooring Progress, review the Flooring / Sell Out performance with PM, Sales and FF team & develop action plans.

Channel Mapping/ Store Grading

• Work closely with retail planning team to analyze mapping information by store/segment and develop relevant channel strategy
• Identify stores and develop action plans for Store Segmentation/ Upgradation/ Resources planning as the total RM resources

Project Scheduling, Budget and Planning

• Work closely with PM team for MDF Short and Mid term Budget Planning  in related to Strategic Reno and POSM activities with full overview of Marketing Activities calendar
• Provide Monthly Budget Planning for the respective category in charge to division budget Planning Team, ensure adhere budgeting submission and approval

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will work closely with Country Managers, local Brand Managers & teams regionally to drive commercial strategies and key financial KPIs for assigned multi-axis (make-up, fragrance and skincare) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend key action plans through trend and business analysis to optimize the multi-axis portfolio growth in each country in line with company, brands, and partners strategies.
• Responsibility of company’s P&L for the multi-axis portfolio, maximizing both sales and profits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners/internal stakeholders in regular dialogue to review performance. Identify needs and requirements to achieve win-win situations.

Requirements:

Position Purpose:

The Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Lead Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

 

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.
• Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.
• Key role in new POS openings – including boutiques and SIS.
• Analyse potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.

• Management and tracking flow of product registration in Malaysia to ensure timely registration.
• Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ moves and plan proactive actions
• Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the marketing calendar in collaboration with marketing services, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption.
• Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
• Implement door-by-door marketing plan (CRM, events and promotions)

 

Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

• Defines the Brand’s local CRM campaign priorities.
• Builds CRM campaign calendar.
• Ensures that customer segmentation remain up to date and relevant for each campaign.
• Develops relevant and engaging brand communications behind the right product mix.
• Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing program. Defines & executes CRM analytics.

Requirements:

Job Description

• Managing route approval processes to ensure route approvals/seasonal approvals are obtained in time to meet network plans.

• Ensure that the company complies with the regulations of the regions for intended operations as planned by the Network Planning department.

• Keep abreast with the amendments to the existing bilateral agreements or new agreements proposed with a country.

• Responsible for engaging governments, authorities and regulators both local and foreign to secure air traffic rights certification for operating new routes, charter flights, incremental frequency, ad hoc/rescue flights  for AirAsia Berhad. This will include developing and cultivating strong regulatory working relationships with foreign civil aviation authorities.

• Ensure the effective regulatory liaison with local authorities i.e. Ministry of Transport, Department of Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia and Malaysian Aviation Commission and/or its equivalent agencies to ensure all related approvals are obtained in time to meet network plans.

• Assisting the Ministry of Transport with preparations and strategy for Air Talks with other governments to negotiate for increased or new bilateral rights and working towards new or revised Air Services Agreements.

• Collect and validate aircraft documentation for submissions to the regulatory authorities.

• To develop and maintain relationships with Malaysian embassies/other relevant government agencies in foreign countries and similar organisations (e.g. foreign embassies) located in Malaysia.

• Attend meetings internally within the departments/divisions and external meetings with ministries and other relevant authorities.

• Monitor Permit Renewal database and apply for new permits when required.

• Keep up to date with national and international legislation, guidelines and customer practices

• Attending to the annual budget preparation

• Ad hoc route approval submissions and other regulatory relevant tasks as and when required by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant degree in Economics or Law or Business studies or Management from a recognised university or other relevant professional qualification/ certification

• Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu

• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite

• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties

• Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment  

• High comfort level working in a diverse environment

• Able to travel as and when required

• Experience in compliance and/or regulatory background will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in consulting projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within defined timelines.

• Collaborate with internal and external airline clients to develop business plans, strategic plans and recommendations for improving their businesses, which may include route planning, revenue management, cost reduction, or marketing strategies.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of airline operations, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement.

• Evaluate and optimize various aspects of airline operations, such as scheduling, crew management, fuel consumption, and ground services.

• Analyze financial data, including revenue, cost structures, and profitability, to help airlines make informed financial decisions.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help airlines identify market opportunities and stay competitive.

• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities

• Presentations to internal and external clients, as well as pitch decks to potential clients

• Create investment proposals for internal and external stakeholders

• Board Paper preparations and Board Updates on projects to drive decision making

• Facilitate transaction (M&A) negotiations and provide support during the integration process

• Develop and maintain relationships with target companies from the initial merger or acquisition stage to the closing stage

• Coordinate and implement due diligence for all transactions - operations, financial, commercial areas

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, aviation management, business, engineering, accounting or a related field, MBA will be an added advantage

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience. Airline, aviation or consulting work experience will be a plus

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, airline operations, regulations, and market dynamics will be an added advantage 

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex issues and provide data-driven solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients effectively.

• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to lead and manage consulting projects.
