Day-to-day, you'll work with learners via remote technology and in some case at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship standard, including delivery of the Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5 to successful completion of the programme. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You'll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way
What will you be doing?
- Visiting individuals via remote technology or in their workplace using your vocational experience and knowledge to teach and support learners achieve their apprenticeship
- Managing your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your KPIs, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing both company and personal administration
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service to learners and clients whilst maintaining standards and regulatory requirements
What will you bring to the role?
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Human Resources
- Recognised qualifications in HR (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5 or above
- Recognised qualifications in coaching or mentoring (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 3 or above
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
- Experience of working autonomously
- Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presenting and listening skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills

Join us with at least a level 3 teaching qualification and you'll start on £45,000. If you don't have a teaching qualification, you'll start on £43,000 rising to £45,000 on completion your teaching/assessing qualification.
You'll also work flexibly, from home and out in the field, giving you the opportunity to fully support learners while enjoying a good work/life balance.
